Conference Overview

We are excited that you are planning to attend the UMACS Conference! As you plan your trip, please note the following:

Login Info for Registration: If you attended the 2023 UMACS Conference, you will use the same login information to register. (If you don’t remember your password, you can follow the instructions to change the password.) You can set up a new account if you didn’t attend last year.


Group Registrations:  You can register multiple people on one account. After you register one person, you will be asked if you want to add another person.

UMACS Supporting Member Discount: To receive the discount, please go here to complete the membership form and submit payment. Once you pay the membership fee, you will receive a discount code that all members on your campus can use for the 10 % discount on conference registrations. The discount code will be entered at check-out. 

    Lodging: You can learn more about lodging options near Macalester College here. If you would like to stay at Macalester-Plymouth United Church you can reserve a spot and pay the $20/person when you pay your conference registration.

      Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, UMACS will refund the registration minus a $30 administrative fee before September 1, 2024.  No refunds will be granted after September 1, 2024. Substitutions may be made at any time (by emailing info@umacs.org). If you are not able to attend, we hope you can find someone else to join us!

      Macalester College Students/Staff and Faculty

      UMACS is offering members from your campus a discounted registration rate and the Macalester Office of Sustainability is covering those costs for the first 50 people who register here.
