Registration Overview


Step 1:  Sign up your team

Team camp registration begins with you (coach) registering your team.  Click the "Register Now" button to begin*.  You will share your contact information, whether you are bringing a boys team or girls team, which camp you plan on attending, and  choose your team camp experience (full resident or commuter).  You will pay a $250 deposit to complete your registration.

*Note: If you attended Wrestling Team Camp in 2023 you already have an account. Please log into your account using the username (email) and password you created.  If you have forgotten your password there will be a link to rest it.  Need a refresher? Click here.

Step 2: Enter your full team roster on Google Forms

Use the link found in the registration form you complete in Step 1 to enter your entire team roster.  Our camp staff will send you a (read-only) Google spreadsheet of your roster.  Bookmark the spreadsheet to check the registration status of your team members and your estimated bill.
Please list everyone on the Google roster that you think may attend camp. It will be easier for us to take names off later than it will be for us to add them, so our staff would prefer you submit a roster of all possible camp attendees. No worries if someone wants to attend camp that isn’t on your initial roster, we can always add them later, but it will require you to email our camp office to do so - please submit this request no later than June 14th, 2024.

Step 3: Email camper registration instructions to your wrestlers

Register for Luther Wrestling Team Camp today! The (name of your wrestling team/club) will be taking part in (choose the date of the team camp you are attending). Please complete your registration by: (choose a date that you want all your athletes to have registration completed)
If you attended team camp at Luther in 2023, use this link to log into your camp dashboard*. https://luthercollege.campmanagement.com/campers
If you did not attend camp in 2023 use the new camper link to register. https://luthercollege.campmanagement.com/enroll
Select: __(camp name)______ (must match the camp type you chose for your team)
*If you have forgotten your camper dashboard password, you may reset it by clicking on the “What is my password” link. If you still have issues you can email summercamps@luther.edu for assistance.

Step 4: Collect camp registration fees from your wrestlers.

You will be invoiced for the cost of camp by Luther College for the number of wrestlers and coaches who attend camp when you arrive on campus. As a reminder, this amount owed will also be available for you to view on the Google Sheet we share with you with your roster so you can track that amount as we get close to camp.
You will collect camp registration fees from your wrestlers before camp and then you will pay Luther with a single payment during camp, minus the $250 deposit you made when you registered your team.

Additional Information

Coach Discount

  • If a team has 10+ wrestlers in attendance, one coach will get free housing, meals and a camp t-shirt.  Coaches with 10+ wrestlers will also receive a coach gift.
  • Additional coaches may attend camp at no charge, but if additional coaches would like to have housing an full meals on campus, the additional coach fee is $165 (boys team camp) or $110 (girls team camp)
  • Any discounts to your bill will be applied to your final invoice.

Payment

  • Coaches will be invoiced for the number of wrestlers and coaches attending camp on the second day of camp.  Please take time to review the invoice.  You will make payment (by check) on your invoice on your final day of team camp.
